No Pulse Ox or Respiration Rate Integration with Apple Health?

I have all categories turned on for syncing with Apple Health for my F6X (and other Garmins). Also have two apple watches. I'm enjoying these new features from the new F6. I suspect sleep apnea and at least some capture of this data is helpful.

Health has "Oxygen Saturation" and "Respiratory Rate". But those categories aren't available to be turned on for syncing from Connect? Can anyone else confirm this? Anyone have those categories syncing to Health?

I was looking at this the other day. You can buy, for $299 a pulseOx device from Apple (MightySat) that syncs? LOL!

I, agree, it should be there. The Fenix isn't terribly accurate, I think I read 3.5% but it's good enough and I believe FDA approved. My experience compared to a finger meter is about 3%. I'm really not sure how good the finger meters are.
