Is the Alarm more reliable on 4.11?

I put my AW back on because I couldn't rely on my Fenix alarm to go off on time. once in a blue moon it would decide that 7am is 7:34 or 8:15, or whatever else it thought :). No biggie, just want to know when I can rely on just wearing my Fenix again.

My alarm finally decided to go off about 40 mins late today (despite 3 alarms set). Never happened to me with the Fenix 3. This is the first it has happened with the 6.

My alarm goes off every weekday at the right time, but it always has regardless of the firmware version.

I haven't tried using the alarm yet, so I'm not sure, but...

Rather than switching watches (or wearing 2 watches) at night, could you just use your phone's alarm?

F6X on 4.10....no issues with daily alarms (the dogs get fed timely).

The thing about the alarm problem is that it is very random. Someone could have a watch for months with no problems with alarms that they use daily and then one day it doesn't go off, or it goes off at some weird time that isn't set, and nothing has changed. You look in your alarm settings and everything looks fine. I have had the alarm problem on my 935, my 945 and now on my brand new 6S Sapphire. I could go months before it happens again, or it might be tomorrow morning.

Yes, it does happen. I am wearing my AW5 at nights to make sure I get up!
