Vibration not working for notifications

Fenix 6s sapphire does not vibrate when receive notifications.

The setting is set to 'On' for Phone => Smart Notifications => Status. The setting is set to 'Show all' both for activity and non activity. Also Notification is set to 'Sound and Vibration'. The notification is shown on phone and sound is played, but no vibration. I have vibration for e.g. key press that works so it is not a faulty vibrator. The issue is probably in the software. This is really annoying for me since I really want to be notified about meeting (notifications) from my calendar so that I do not miss them. Are there more garmin users that has experience this. Any work around or fix or do we just have to wait for Garmin to fix this in a future software update?

    Vibration issue for notifications have been solved (by myself). It was not obvious since you assume that vibration should work when you enable "Vibration" for smart notifications in phone menu settings on watch. However found another setting in system menu on watch were you had to enable vibration for notifications, and after that it worked as supposed.

    I am having a similar issue with my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro Solar. Do you mind detailing out how you solved this issue? My smart notifications are on and also the "vibration" is on under the sound menu.

    I suppose you get the notifications but not any vibrations. Right? Then make sure that the following is turned on
    System->Notification->Vibration->On
    System->Notification->Do Not Disturb->Status->Off
    System->Notification->Do Not Disturb->When you sleep->Off
    Phone->Smart Notifications->    Status->Connected
    Phone->Smart Notifications->Status->During Activity->Show All
    Phone->Smart Notifications->Status->Not During Activity->Show All

    Also make sure you have not activated any power save where you turned off vibrations.

    SETM I have done ALL the things mentioned and still to date my Fenix 6 x solar hasn't vibrated once ? Any idea's ?

    Under System go to Do not Disturb make sure its disabled

    I'm having this issue too on my Fenix 6 Pro. Vibration used to work until recently

    The first question to determine what direction to proceed, is whether or not vibration has 100% stopped working and is a hardware issue OR if you are only receiving no vibration during a smart notification.

    If not working altogether and not the System > Sounds > Vibration being set to off, it would be a hardware failure and do not hesitate to reach out to your regional Outdoor Product Support. We will be happy to assist further.

    If your vibration still functions but not only during incoming smart notifications, be sure to double check your settings under Phone > Smart Notifications. You have individual settings for vibration During an Activity and Not During an Activity.

    Double check your System > Sounds menu vibration setting being on.

    If both your phone smart notification settings and system sounds menu check out and show properly but still no vibration, perform a full reset through the System > Reset menu. If no luck, it is a hardware issue.
