Your site has said "1-3 days until available" for about 5 days now. I called support, and apparently you have the watches in stock but haven't updated the site.
After having talked to two different techs... If I'm understanding what I'm hearing correctly, there's a SINGLE PERSON who is capable of turning on the "add to cart" function.
Look, your phone guys are nice, cordial, and helpful and informative. It isn't their fault. But if the best they can offer me is "I'll email the person again," there's some real bottleneck issues going on at Garmin HQ.
What if he/she goes on vacation? Do you just not sell products when they come into stock? What does your bottom line look like that there is no priority to sell product?
