Fenix 6 Sapphire - No more Notifications iOS 13-13.1.2

When I updated to iOS 13, the Fenix 6 stopped receiving notifications. Apple released a couple of updates recently. None of them correct the problem.

With iOS 12, I experienced infrequent Bluetooth drops but never anything of this magnitude. The only process that still works correctly is synching it with Garmin Connect.

Resetting the phone, restarting the Fenix... None has worked.

Any Ideas or steps that have worked for you?

Mine still works. IPhone X and whatever the latest version of iOS is out there.
