Running Dynamics Pod not connecting to fenix 6 Pro

Hi, I can't obtain a stable ANT+ connection to the Running Dynamics Pod (SW 2.40) - no stable connection is established.

Tried 2 different RDPs already and exchanged batteries CR1632. To no avail.

Any experiences in the forum ?

Same here, it results connect inside accessories menu but once I start a run seems it is disconnected. Also I can't see any running dynamics also from hrm run!

Same for me. In the sensor menu it says it's connected but when starting an activity the RD logo is "blinking" and no data is recorded/transmitted. It's really frustrating.....

I have the same problem. Since this firmware update RD Pod does not work any more - as described by users above. In the sensor menu the RD-pod is shown as present and connected (even if it is switched off or beyond transmitting distance). But when activating running, the sensor is not foung by the watch and does not transmit any data.

Sorry if this is obvious and something you already did, but did you try and restart the watch?

I had issues with the F6 to connect to my Polar HR strap via ANT+, after a restart of the watch it worked again.

I second this. Unfortunately a f6 restart does not lead to a working pod connection.

I think my case was different though, because it was not shown in the sensor settings as connected at all.

I restarted the watch and I also uninstalled and reinstalled the sensor, both procedures I tried several times. Unfortunately the issue was not solved by that.

Yep, I saw both, two:

#1 pod not connected in the sensor menu and thus icon flashing in the run display, meaning pod not recognized,

as well as

#2 pod labeled as connected in the sensor menu. Yet no pod connection in the run display, icon keeps flashing too.

Exactly this. Hope they solve that soon, very annoying!
