Please someone say they found a fix. I’ve tried everything. I had no problems with my 6x pro till after this 4.10 update. I’ve reset the watch and my AirPods. No go.

Stopped working for me too after the update
Think I will wait for the update to fix this update. Sorry to hear about people going through this.
There's no volume control with either of my headphones now! I've just tried my Aftershokz Aeropex and my Samsung Galaxy Buds. I was able to turn the volume down with the watch but now I can't turn…
Same problem for me. I also noticed erratic behaviour with the play/pause button. The wrong icon shows sometimes .
Also I now see that when my bluetooth headset is powered down, the widget still shows the song is playing and using battery. This is very messy...
same for me volume stuck low fenix 6 pro and airpods V2
FYI to all of you. I contacted garmin support and send my diag info and folders. Hoping it will get resolved for you all. I suggest doing the same.
I think they must be getting hammered with complaints, haven't been able to reach them at all this morning. Did send an email though.
Same problem, with Samsung Galaxy Buds. No volume control from watch at all.
Were there many AirPod 2gen issues prior to the 4.10 update?
No! My watch before this update was as close to what I consider a well rounded product as possible. Now my Fenix 6x Pro sits in a drawer waiting for fixes and I'm back to wearing my AW5, which is a joy, it just works. But, it's like a fine car, that gets 1mpg. Needs to be near gas :)
No not really. For the most part they worked for most people. Unfortunately with AirPods you have to use the volume control on watch with 4.10 screwed up. Apparently someone contacted Garmin Support but no word of any fix. My Vistas and Tarah Pros both work using the volume on the earbuds themselves but as soon as you use the volume on watch they stop playing. The AW4 I used the volume control on watch all the time, easy to get to. But on the Garmin it is just to cumbersome to use, multiple button presses, while exercising. Would really like to see Garmin move into the 21st century and maybe read the forums or at least post something to let users know they are aware of a problem and working on a fix.
Actually going to call this morning. Will wait for the call back probably. Here is my prediction of the results. 1. AirPods are not on our approved list of headphones. 2. Sorry to hear about your issue sounds like a hardware problem. Send them back to us. 3. Less likely is we are aware of a problem with the latest software and are working on a fix. On the off chance they go the unsupported route I will go with the 65ts, Tarah Pros or Vistas. All do the same.
