Updated mine. However, the volume control won't work on my Airpods now.
The 4.10 update installed. Some music improvements? Now, I am not able to change the volume with my bt headphones. The graphics of the volume bar is stuck, still the same position...
I would like to put…

Nope. Use fenix since fenix 3HR. Always accuratehr readings. (+/- 5). But fenix 6 series shows 90-100 for me, instead of 170 ( read at same time with optical finger sensor.
I've used Garmin devices since 2012 or so. Started with f15. I gave always used a strap for accuracy. ALL the other metrics rely on an accurate heart rate Just what I choose to do.
Maybe, but its fact that's a bug with f6. All session with my f3HR and f5x on a crosstrainer showed up almost same hr with whr, as the chest strap used and linked with the crosstrainer at same time. You only have a little tine lag, due to bloodflow.
Added support for inReach display verification, when using authentication.
Does anyone have any idea what this is? I ran with my inReach Mini this morning and the new firmware and didn't notice anything different.
Improved altitude calibration for non-Fenix 6 pro/sapphire models.
What is this and why is it in an F6 software update?

It means all models except the 47mm 6 Pro and 6 Pro Sapphire models get the improved altitude calibration. So, all 6S and 6X models get the improvement, but the 6 Pro and Sapphire models do not.

4.10 killed the volume control on my 6 and 6X. Tried four different headphones and portable speakers. Same issue on all combinations. Volume adjusts from super low to very low. On a positive note, the wrist heart rate monitor now finally works while exercising.
Hmm, ok, I guess the 6 Pro and Sapphire’s calibration are fine then (and that we are not being deprived of the improvement)?
Just got back from the gym and can confirm my F6 Sapphire wrist heart rate was within 1 of the the treadmill. I probably checked 10 times over one hour. Finally!
Same hear on two airpods and Bose qc headphones.
