Fenix 6S not always connected to iPhone on iOS 13.1

Has anyone noticed that their Fenix 6 sometimes drops off the Bluetooth connection with their iPhone? I have an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 13.1 and noticed recently I wasn't picking up Smart Notifications. Then noticed the watch was disconnected in the Bluetooth list. But I can connect to it fine manually.

Have you read through the Garmin Support article on iOS 13? It might not help but it's a start. You could also try restarting the phone and restarting the watch, if you haven't done so. I assume the watch is on firmware 3.0 and that you are not running the 4.18 ANT/BLE/BT Beta?

For what it's worth, my iPhone XS running 13.1 doesn't appear to have any Bluetooth connection issues with my 6 Pro, so perhaps there is an issue specific to the iPhone 11 Pro, or perhaps this is just an odd quirk that will get worked out.

If that doesnt help then the old belgian reset (restarting watch) is always a guaranteed succes.

It bothers me that i paid this much money for a watch that can't keep connection.

I have the same issue and it happens at least once a week. I usually restart the watch and/or my phone and it reconnects. But it’s still a pain...I have Fenix 6S Pro and iPhone XS

I have this same problem with my audio in car. Fenix 6x solar has no problem with my phone. my phone is Iphone XS.

There is a ticket open at Garmin for this issue and Garmin/Apple are working on it as far as I know from Garmin support. If you have valuable information regarding this issue contact them and they can add you to the ticket.

Yes - same issue here... However, closing app. Rebooting Phone, connect to phone from Fenix, then open Connect app on phone gets me back up and running... Not exactly a swift and suitable solution though... Certainly needs some further investigation.... This really should not be how to upset the Fenix 6
