Can't upload activity

Yesterday i made a Strength Training with the Fenix 6.With auto rep counter.

But when i want to upload the training, Garmin Express said there is a mistake on the file.

Garmin Connect also didn't upload the activity.

Can't upload it also. Can someone help me please?

Same problem here, can`t upload files from new fenix 6, never a problem with fenix 5?

This has happened to me twice in the last two weeks. I've been able to delete the corrupted strength activity from the watch and things are good after that, but my activity that I recorded is never synced to the web or in the Garmin Connect app. I've had to manually create the activity on the web site each time.

OK...this has happened again. That's 3 times in 2 weeks.

After the last GC update my activities will not upload to Strava now.

That's a different issue and usually a Strava issue, btw.

I have this issue 2 times in 2 months now. Both at strength activity.

Did you find a solution for your problem. Seems to me that I encounter a similar issue. Again a swim activity couldn't be uploaded to garmin connect. Activity can not be uploaded manually neither. .Although listed in the watch's logfile, the details will not show up. But it can be imported to Sporttracks without any error.

hi,

most likely your stored hr data did not sync properly between watch and hr belt
give the watch some more time between stopping and saving the swim activity

without the fit file, no solution

with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

zip the fit file and upload here in the forum (drag & drop the zip file on your new post)

or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

Hi,

I have attached the zip-file, maybe you can find any reason for these issues. Besides in the watch's "debug"-directory, I have discovered a file called err_log.bak, where an error is mentioned for the exact same date and time.

about your debug log

contact Garmin Support, Fenix beta team or ask in the CIQ forum

repaired with help of Fit File Repair Tool

check this file (file removed)
