Smart notifications font size compared to the Fenix 5.

I have the Fenix 5 and for my sight (and age ) the font size is too small to read ,does anyone know if the font on the 6 pro bigger ?thanks

I have a 6X after upgrading from the 3HR.. I personally do NOT like the bigger fonts.. everyone around me can now read all of my notifications.. I wish i could adjust the font size and even fit more on…

I totally agree with Former Member I wish also to make it smaller, as an option of course, I see here people actually like it as it is (I don't :-))

The notifications show the same amount of text on both watches, meaning with the bigger screens on the new fenix line the text has gotten bigger and easier to read.

I got the Fenix 6X primarily because of the bigger screen. I had great trouble reading the notifications on my Fenix 3. I am happy to say that the notifcations on the 6X are much more readable for me, due to the increased screen size.

Just wish they kept the same font style as on older Fenix series (935 and 5/5x).

Instead on 6/6X they use the mix of old font in menus and new bulky, squared" font in data screens.
If you pay attention - you realize this is quite messy - would be great to have one single font everywhere (like before).

I went from a fenix 3 to the 6X Pro - skipped the fenix 5 generation. I am also in your situation, 69 year old eyes and had trouble reading the notifications on the fenix 3. The 6X Pro is a tremendous improvement. Fonts are larger and also bolded. Here are a couple of screenshots of text notifications on the 6X Pro:

Since you are familiar with the fenix 5, maybe this will help you see the difference.

Here is a picture I took of the 5X on the left compared to the 6X on the right. Doesn’t look much different in the pic but I am finding it much easier to read.

It is a great idea tho to add some accessibility setting so we can adjust accordingly.
