HRV on Fenix6

Hello,

I've been using a Fenix3 and HRM-Run for years and enabled HRV by following this guide: https://sporttracks.mobi/blog/tracking-hrv-garmin-watches. How do I enable HRV on a Fenix6? I use runalyze.com to analyze the HRV readings but obviously it's not in the FIT-file by default.

You can enable it directly on the watch (at least on the fenix5x plus). Will likely still be there on the 6.

Stupid question... I have this ON from the first day, but where do I see the info, how do I consume it?

It's not a stupid question at all. Thing is that Garmin does not provide any information about it or any tool set that can be used to analyze it.

I use Runalyze to analyze all my training statistics. It's free and supports the Garmin Connect API which will import your activities automatically from Garmin Connect.

Thanks a lot. I used Runalyze years ago. May need to check it out again. The next would be to make some sense of that data and be able to interpret and utilise it in the training context. Thanks again.
