I see that there is a hydration tab under health stats. How do you actually log fluid intake. I can not find any apps etc.

hi,
spent some time yesterday myself searching for this.
not yet implemented in fenix 6.
from what I heard it is in forerunner 945.
I read that will be here in some to come firmware.
the only place I can add hydration is, for now, is in Connect Mobile and desktop, Health stat > hydration
--- and in MyFitnessPal but not sync with Connect on Hydration
just me,
robert
You can add on Garmin Connect Mobile app. On the main screen hit the PLUS sign with Add Data (or sth. similar) near it. There you can add your water consumption.
Whait, what? I have FR945 and i just looked at my watch and i cant find it....
Ok, i read DCRainmaker blog and it will come as an firmware update in september for Fenix6 and in fall for FR945
here we go...vivoactive, etc....
for sure we will get it....
robert
hydration was designed to be used with Ozmo ....
Works with vivoactive 4 and vivoactive but not comparable with my vivoactive he :(
Hello does anyone know if ozmo smart bottle works still with garmin watches ? I’m interesting to buy but I don’t know if they still support

Well, the website says:
"The Ozmo Smart Bottle supports two-way integration with Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health and other fitness trackers to keep your hydration goals as dynamic as you are. The more you workout, the more you should drink."
So I am going to go with yes and no. It works with Garmin though website or app integration and not the watch itself.
I dont know what they mean by "other fitness trackers" though unless they just mentioned the major 3 they focus on and also support other tracker apps/websites
Have you tested this ozmo bottle with your watch
The widget from Garmin to track the hydration is already working in the Fenix 6. I've been using it for a couple of weeks... Much better than having to open the app to track the water.
