do you have some watch face installed?
some reported a watch face that is the culprit.
Indeed, I experienced the exact same symptoms on my watch after installed a new watchface. Uninstalled the watchface…
Have you tried a hard reset? I would start there and if that doesn't resolve it, contact Garmin support.

Just for the heck of it, download Garmin Webupdater and re-install the 3.00 software.

If it leaves a bad taste in your mouth then return it as you may have gotten a lemon. On the other hand if you like trouble-shooting things I'd go with what others say and hard reset. 3.00 may not have loaded properly that aside see if you can replicate the issue with with the base firmware. If it continues then I'd say it's the watch if it doesn't then update.

Indeed, I experienced the exact same symptoms on my watch after installed a new watchface. Uninstalled the watchface and it was fixed. I think some developers rushed too fast to make their watchfaces available for the 6, it's not necessarily Garmin's fault.
no watch faces installed, it is completly stock
in fact it crashes every time i cycle fast through the widgets, regardless glance-mode is on or off
will try hard reset, thanks for attending
Had similar problems, seemed to be a specific watch face. Did a full reset through the system settings, it's still on 3.0.0, but now everything works (reinstalled all the apps etc).
