How to Check order status - Australia

I ordered the Fenix 6x Pro Solar titanium edition on the day it was announced and it had a processing time of 1-3 weeks. that is now up to 5-8 weeks and i would like to find out if that is applicable to my order or not. if it is going to be up to 2 months, i would like to cancel and buy the non solar edition as they are readily available here

i don;t seem to be able to find an contact details to ask for the actual orders status so i was wondering if anyone had info on the best way to contact Garmin to get an accurate order status

  • Have you tried calling Customer Support number on 1-800-235-822 (Australia) ?

  • I had the Solar on order via Garmin's website.

    You should have an email with  a order number you can track.

    It also got pushed out so I rang their advertised number in the website for support.

    This was over there weeks ago.

    I then cancelled my order.

    I've been watching Garmin Australia website for the Solar.

    Had changed to 5-8 weeks.

    Last week went to 3-5 weeks.

    Now it's changed back to 5-8 weeks.

    What the heck is going on, I'm beginning to think they may have some sort of QA issues with this watch.

    Any one in Australia have an Australian Fenix 6X Solar?
