Fenix 6X Sapphire has SS Bezel not Titanium? Reason for a bad GPS reception?

I am having a hard time to find that information on the Garmin website. It seems that the 6X Sapphire black band version has SS Bezel, is that right? Is that the reason people are having a bad gps reception with it, or not as good as the ones with TI Bezel or gorila Glass screen?

Where have you seen bad results for the 6x sapphire? Only one run with mine but it was quite good

That is certainly a reasonable assumption, but challenging to prove in a quantitative way without owning both types of Fenix 6 and testing them side by side.

I really believe that a side by side comparison would show a veredict, but from what I've been noticing the ones with TI bezel or with Gorila Glass are doing a better job in the gps accuracy, maybe I am wrong(hope) because there are many variables but I can see a pattern taking place...

I did a run today with my 6X Sapphire in downtown Chicago. I've always had some issues with my 935 when running downtown due to going underground and the buildings.

The 6X Sapphire performed well for my standards. There were a few spots when I was underground, but the overall distance matched closely to the race distance.
