Hi,
I never really had a problem with recovery heart rate with all previous Garmin devices.
But the F6s is most of the time totally off here. Before, depending on my daily form, I had about 40-70 beats less in the 2 minutes Garmin measures it after pausing a workout. Now with F6s it is either less than 10 beats less or even MORE beats than before, so resting gets my HR up????. After maybe 5 minutes my heart rate falls suddenly from 100 to maybe 50 or 60 which is too low. And only after maybe 5-10 minutes it get's it right. But the first minutes it is totally off. Really totally. Training HR is mostly right when watch is tight but not too tight. So it can't be the problem with training in general. And it happens with different workouts like cardio/aerobic, walking, biking etc. And during the day it mostly gets the HR right too, good and accurate HR sensoring. So why the recovery HR problem? Any of you experiencing this? I think it has to be a SW problem, otherwise I would have wrong HR data all the time.
Edit: And recovery time is also way too high. During intense biking workouts it always said something like 48-60h, not something like 70-100h, during normal 140bpm workouts it states like days instead of one day with all my other watches. Could http be because of the problem with recovery heart rate? I also feel very well after a workout which wasn't intense at all. And then I have to rest for 2-3 days where it was about 14-24h before? Really weird stuff.
