Titanium band adjustment

I just got the 6 Pro with titanium band. It was supposed to be adjusted by the seller before it shipped but instead they sent me an adjustment tool. Can anyone explain or point me to instructions on what to do? If I look at YouTube videos, all of those have straps where there’s holes on both sides of the links, but these links only have holes on one side. I don’t want to do something wrong! Thanks

Yes, it got very hot but I used a holding block from Bergeon and it worked perfect. 30 seconds with the dryer att full effect worked fine for me.

screws are tight, but not that tight

the thread is just below the screw head

Just make sure you press really hard to avoid stripping the screws while turning counterclockwise. Mine was pretty difficult but I was too stubborn to get it to a jeweler once I got started. Screwdriver slipped a couple times stabbing me. Not entirely pleased they went away from just pins.

Yes, I’m giving up and taking it to a jeweler. I found it impossible to get them undone.

I brought mine to a jeweler after attempting to do it myself. The jeweler had to soak the bracelet in a solution to loosen the screws because they were too tight. Apparently they use lock tight or some adhesive when they put the screws in and that is while a solution is needed.

1.4 or 1.5mm should work. In theory.

The screws are way too tight. I busted the head of one of my screwdrivers trying to do it my self. I can't be bothered though, will likely return the bracelet in the end.

I just went through this with my titanium band. The screws have thread locker applied so it was impossible for me to remove the screws/pins without some help. I used some solvent (brake cleaner) to loosen the thread locker. I applied small drops directly on top of the screws until I could remove the screws without damaging the heads. Even if done carefully it is extremely difficult to remove the screws without damaging the finish on the screw heads. I was pretty disappointed not to see a couple spare screw/pins included. The end result looks fine, but if I need to reinstall one of the removed links all of my spare screw/pins have damaged heads.
