weak vibration

One of the things I really liked about my 945 was how strong the vibration was. Even during a run or workout I could easily feel the 945 vibrating. With the F6 Pro, even when just sitting here, i barely feel the vibration. Anyone else feel this way? I wonder if it can be addressed with a firmware update?

If either your vibrate develops an issue or your tone level, please do not hesitate and reach out to your regional Outdoor Product Support to exchange your watch.

I’ve noticed it too. The vibration was perfect on my 645. I used it as my main alarm every morning but I’ve slept through the Fenix 6 vibration alarm 3-4 times. Hope they fix this.

Thank You Chris. I have reached regional support. They arranged pick up and replacement of the watch. I got a brand new watch in one week.

They did strengthen vibration on the VA3 through a firmware update

I agree and have noticed this too. Maybe because of the heavier weight of the F6.

I too find the vibration and SOUND too low in comparison to the 245m. They are ok, but an alarm should be loud, esp during a workout. I hope they will address it.

The vibration is softer than my Garmin Instinct. But I like it that smooth, without noise.

I have a Fenix 6s and a VA3:

VA3 has configurable Vibration strength

Fenix 6s has a only 1 but strong vibration mode

Glad to know its not just me. I wonder if Garmin did not account for the added mass of the Fenix and just either used the same vibration mechanism or the same settings as they did for the 945. Anyway, hopefully Garmin is looking at this thread.

The only issue I have is with the move alert vibration. All of the others are strong enough to be noticed. Fenix 6 Pro.

same problem. I'm missing notifications due to the fact the vibration is too weak.
