Solar Display broken after Garmin Express Update

Anyone else have this problem after updating maps through Garmin Express? See attached picture. The solar icon is now greyed out and shows a battery symbol (which doesn't change according to actual battery %), and the solar graph stays a line regardless of exposure. Was working fine before. Updating via Garmin Connect App doesn't resolve the issue, and I'm showing the current software build.

That icon indicates that you are at 100% battery and Solar charging will not work.

Perhaps the device got to hot in the sun? The solar loading stops, if the temperature is too hot (60°C). And Heath just want to help you...

Happened same thing this morning, I have tried everything but only things that worked was factory reset... just reported here forums.garmin.com/.../solar-status-not-updating

cichykot Sorry about that, I didn't mean that at all. What I was trying to do is to give you all the information that Product Support might ask you to do and then ask you to get back to them. Not their fault, but it fixes a lot of issues most of the time. Since you already had that information, you could reply with the answers and then they would have to go to the next stage. Since your message I replied to was in Polish, I wanted you to reach out to the Polish team since that way there is no information missed in translation. (In my home life, my wife's first language is Spanish, and she still talks to any support in Spanish just because she doesn't want anyone to get confused and also makes her feel more comfortable.

I am happy to work with you one on one, but message me so I can get your email address so I can get your Garmin folder from you and also the story of what you did before you saw this since knowing what was done beforehand could help us reproduce the issue so we can fix the issue. Deal?

So maybe the watch thought it was to hot and stopped the solar loading, graph was showing a flat line, but in real it wasn’t to hot- so maybe somehow a bug...
