Side by Side pictures of Fenix 6 Pro and 945?

I'm a current Forerunner 945 user but I'm tempted to upgrade to the Fenix 6 Sapphire non-X variant. I previously owned a Fenix 5 Plus and I found it to be a little too big and heavy for my wrist, I also didnt like the sharp edges when I slept. I noticed garmin addressed some of these issues so I was wondering if anyone had a picture of the 945 and Fenix 6 Pro/Sapphire side by side so I could see how the footprint compares. On paper the F6 appears to have a shorter lug distance and is only 1mm thicker. Does this translate to real life?

Those are not his pictures. Those are from the 5krunner. The steps probably haven't done a "true up" yet via a sync with GCM

The F6 Sapphire has a noticeable heft to it that takes a little getting used to coming from the 945.

The bezel on the F6 is much thinner and this is a huge improvement.

1mm increase in thickness is subtly noticeable, but not at all a deal breaker for me.

Sapphire glass does have a very slightly dimmer look to it compared to the non-sapphire 945, again not a deal breaker for me.

Here is another: compare the crisp contrast of the 945 and F6 gorilla glass displays with the dull and shiny display of the F5+ sapphire.

Doubt I'll ever go back to sapphire glass.

Swapped the F6 and F5+ positions to show that it doesn't affect the lighting on the F5+

It's NoFrills, developed by me. I'm waiting for a new SDK from Garmin before uploading F6 support for it.

Received Fenix 6 Pro regular. Happy with Gorilla Glass, it looks very clear and without reflections. The screen increase to 1.3 "is very noticeable.

At the moment happy with him.

In case you are interested the screen protectors I have for my 945 are too big for the 6.

Yes, I went with Gorilla Glass for that reason. Sapphire makes the screen dull.
