Any reason to add additional maps to Fenix over the detailed topo maps Garmin already includes? Better bike trail maps? Better bike routing? More detailed streets?
Any favorites people add?

On my F5X I use the openfietsmaps (http://www.openfietsmap.nl). Haven’t used the F6X long enough yet to see if I’m going to use them as well. Space isn’t an issue anymore :)
The Topo Maps are fine for bicycling, but the more detailed maps tend to be more useful for hiking and the like. I bought them for a trip to the Grand Canyon I'm taking, but I want to have a much more detailed terrain map for when I'm both on and off the trail.
I'm thinking not just the Garmin added maps but map sources like Open Streets which have bike routing, and have crowd sourcing of trails and such.
As far as I'm aware the Garmin ones still are built off OSM, just have a little extra 'special sauce'
I have a 24k Soutwest map on my 5x Plus. Reviewing that map vs the Topoactive that is installed on the MARQ and the 6x I'm not sure there is that much benefit to the 24k Topo. The 100k map is pretty good for my area (US Southwest)
look up .. talkytoaster.. detailed maps for all over the world and a very good price uk based
What do a paid version of a map based on OSM bring that the free available OSM maps doesn't?
