Lost TopoActive maps on 6X Sapphire

My maps are still broken like this, main reason I upgraded to the F6 from my f5 ...ive tried everything im on Mac and no access to Windows so can't try GE syncing on that version and can't access my watch storage through my mac either  

YAY!!!! Finally working. Reinstalled ALL the maps again from GE and now its working. No idea why. But now I'm happy  ...I did notice the TOPO map took much longer to download and install this time though.

i hade no luck with reinstalling the map, still doesnt show on my Fenix 6 .... did you reinstall all the maps or only activetopo?

all of them again from top to bottom in GE. Then when I looked at the maps option on my watch I had two TOPO maps, where I only had one before. Turning them all on then it worked perfectly.

Just received my new fenix 6x sapphire and gone through all the setups and found that no TopoActive maps showing despite going through the installation process more times that I will admit to. Has anyone sorted this out or do I return the watch and claim a refund? 

Update, just spoke with Garmin support and they said they do not know of any errors with this issue, period. They said I should return the watch and either ask for a refund or exchange. It’s in the post, less then 24hrs since I received it. They did say it should work straight out of the box but if on the update via GE the problem occurred then that is their problem which would require a technical query to look into the problem. Happy days. 

Did you connect to express, to have a look into the installed maps? You can install these again, using express.

Hi, I did all that 3 to 4 times and still no luck. I do believe there is a problem with MAC and GE with downloads for maps. I have a Edge 1000 explore and it lost all it’s maps with updating to the latest version. I solved the problem by loading OSM maps, unfortunately I was just about to go off on a European tour when I lost it all. I could have done that with the Fenix but it’s brand new and I expected it to work. 

I also have a imac, and have no problem install maps via express. if you use a usb hub, try it again without a hub. I read about some people, who had problems using a hub.
