The F6 officially has 14 days in smartwatch mode. However, my model says 9 days when battery is at 100 percent.
This seems way too much for normal fluctuation. Any ideas what might be behind this?
Cheers

It's because you have Pulse Ox on 24/7/365. Garmin never has that on out of the box. The Pulse Ox Sensor definitely takes more battery. 21 Days is with no Pulse Ox, 14 days with Sleep Pulse Ox, 9 days…
Pulseox drops the battery quite a bit (more than half). If you disable the connection to the phone you can get additional battery life beyond the claimed "smart watch mode" specs.
battery left 53.9%, should remain 4.3days
but system battery show left 6days, not sure how they calculate, haha
The "days remaining" calculation is not based on your current, or average…
An 22mm Archerband two piece zulu nylon "James Bond". Bought for my Samsung Galaxy 46mm and adapted on the Fenix 6.

You're right, thanks for the hint. I'm getting 12 instead 8 days now on my F6 after completly disabling PulsOS, at 86 percent battery. I wasn't aware PulsOX needs that much battery even in "night only" mode.
That’s still very good if you do get the 26 days. Try and see what percentage the battery is at 24 hours later.
Thanks for the great tip!
Yes, my F6X Sapphire 10 days at 100%
Archerband.
Mine Solar Pro is strangely different. I have only enabled HRM, connection with my phone for appx. 4 hours per day and using GPS everyday for about 30- 40 minutes with 20% backlight (almost each day similar usage if above). It shows me at 100% charge 6 days, which is kind a strange. However my surprise is, that since I bought watch (3 week now), I´ve charged them only once so far and now they are on 57%. That means battery holds on for 14 days with above usage, which is fantastic! Why display shows me only 6 days I have no idea...
I get 9 days with Sleep Pulse Ox on my Fenix 6 Sapphire. The weird thing is that even in Sleep Pulse Ox mode it doesnt turn off apparently. I get Pulse Ox reading throught out the day as well, is there somehting wrong with mine?
i turn off pulse ox at night also cannot get 14 days (or even 11days)
i own fenix 6 sapphire
