tldr; wifi not working? dont hide your ssid.
Upgraded from a 5X (not plus) to 6X today. im trying to setup the music which seems to require wifi. i setup wifi via garmin connect mobile, tested it and the watch says its good. but when i click on Connect to Wifi on the watch it says no known wifi networks found. if i click add network, i can see my wifi but the only option is to change the password. the password that just successfully passed the test. so i tried re-entering the password directly on the watch. and it it tests fine but actually trying to connect wont work. just for giggles and grins, i changed my router to not hide the ssid and wifi seems to work now. of course, i'd like to keep the ssid hidden even though i know the security benefits of it are minimal. pretty amazing that something released in 2019 cant handle a hidden ssid. i never used the wifi on the 5x. did prior fenix watches have this problem too or is this just a fenix 6 bug?
