Has anyone been able to find information on what's contained in the 3.0 firmware update?

OK, further to my last:

I can verify that from Software Version 2.20 to 3.00 the following changes were effected:

GPS: 2.30 to 2.50

CIQ: 3.0.11 to 3.1.2

WHR: 20.04.13 to 20.04.40

Sensor Hub: 2.00 to 2…

It is the initial release. Everything prior to that was probably just internal Garmin test versions.

Garmin Asia 6x pro model here. Stuck on 2.4 with at launch capabilities such as optical hr for swimming activities etc not even working as advertised.

My 6X Pro arrived with Software Version 2.20. After my first sync with Garmin Express, among many other updates, the Software Version was updated to 3.00. There was no explanation of what was updated from 2.20 to 3.00. I would also like to know what was changed.

As nmyeti points out, basically everything. Any build before that was likely just enough to ship the product but never intended to actually be used by end users. These devices were probably manufactured at least a couple months ago, and I'm sure lots of bugs and even features have been added since then.

I have 6 after update with 3.0, and oximeter stops working, still displaying in loop measurement do not move,

and current version are:

gps: 2.30

wifi 2.60

ciq 3.2.1

bmx 0.4.8

whr 20.04.13

ant 3.60

shub 2.00

It appears some of your software has been updated and some has not. Latest software versions for my fenix 6X Pro are as follows:

Software Version: 3.00 (8c0ef0f)

GPS: 2.50

Wi-Fi: 2.60

CIQ: 3.1.2

BMX: 0.4.8

WHR: 20.04.40

ANT/BLE/BT: 3.60

Sensor Hub: 2.10

ETE: 6.2.3.0

THA: 1.8.2.1

Emoji Version: 2.2.7

CourseView Intermediate Americas: 6.00

CourseView Int Europe Middle East & Africa: 5.60

CourseView Intermediate Pacific: 5.10

CourseView Worldwide DEM: 2.80

Not sure how you managed to get a newer version of CIQ ???

today i connected through garmin express, now all versions looks the same as yours.

CIQ version was mistyped, but oxi has still problem, also when i set oxi (for 24h) then are also problem with heart rate.

after diasbling oxi heart rate works again.

Same here. Updated to 3.0, oximeter now just loops as above...

Thanks, Good to know that i am not alone with that. We can then assume this is not device issue and its looks like the problem is on side the software.

Hi Guys,how i am running in version 2.20...i want to update to 3.00 but i cannot find button to update it...can anyone help please?
