ConnectIQ mess: all Apps shown as "Not Installed"

After latest upgrade in my watch (I guess 21.19, the version I have installed now), it automatically:
- installed all the Apps and watch faces that I have previously installed but were not installed in my Epix Gen 2 (some of them installed only in my old Fenix 6)
- When I open Connect IQ in the iPhone, I see all Apps as uninstalled
- If I click on "Install" in any App, it install in the watch but show as "uninstalled" in the ConnectIQ.

I tried anything I saw in the forums (install Garmin Connect and remove-install Apps from PC, or remove-install Apps from the ConnectIQ in the watch, restore backup, etc), and then ConnectIQ is shown as "installed" in the iPhone, but only this App.

I finally gave up and made a "Hard Reset" (all Storage, even Music), remove from the Garmin Connect in the iPhone, then add again to the phone and restore the latest backup of the watch. Same problem.

I did not see any similar problem here. Any idea?
