My watch crashes when I use the map in the navigate function. When I press the start button 3 times and the back button once the watch crashes and restarts.
How to solve this bug?
Does it do the same to you?
I currently have the latest version

Hello, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. I would love to help investigate this. For this, I will reach out to each of you via Private Message, to collect some specifics of your experience…
I just got done opening a support case with Garmin via chat. We went through a variety of fixes, including a full factory reset and reinstalling the TopoActive map, but nothing worked. They will be opening…
I am experiencing the same issue, as in your video, when using Navigate/Map, then pressing lap, the watch unexpectedly shuts down.
Navigate > Use Map > Start > Back/Lap button, watch crashes.
…I just reproduced this on my Epix 2 Pro 51mm, on Beta 19.41
in fact, hitting back/lap after any number of Start presses causes restart.
Start (apps) > Naviagate app > Use Map > Back … takes me back to menu of choices within Navigate app.
But, for even one press of Start button (e.g. to change from “+/-“ to “^/v”), then back button = restart.

Navigate > Use Map > Start > Back/Lap button, watch crashes.
I recommend reaching out to Product Support through their website at Garmin Support directly to report the issue.
Yes also it restarts with Start (apps) > Naviagate app > Use Map > Start/Stop button > Back/Map button > crash and restart
Same on epix pro with live 19.38 ....

Meanwhile, per the request of the Garmin Support agent, I've sent the video posted above and the RAM.txt crash data to their upload site.
Thanks, in France chat support closes at 5:00 p.m., in my opinion only an update will solve this problem

Probably, but they need to follow the process, which is why I opened a support case. If more users report this, then it might get fixed sooner.
I'm on 19.38. Today my watch crashed just after saving my second indoor ride of the day. No map involved.
First crash to my recollection in 18 months of ownership. I guess software quality is getting worse than ever.
Version 19.41 just came out today. I updated and tested Navigate. Issue persists.
The same, I just uptade on 19.41 version, issue is always present for me egaly
