I'm having the same issue - courses won't send from ios app (same error message as above). I can still send to my device from browser app (not using garmin express) and then when I sync the phone the route appears on my Epix Pro (software version 18.16)
I can't send course from Garmin connect to my epix pro 51mm anymore. Please provide fix I am hiking this weekend. Also, why are you messaging in private when we all need help on this thread.
I have the very same problem and though there's a workaround, I'd love this to be fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks I had the same issue on 18.16 with my Epix Pro and last Garmin Connect app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max with last iOS 18 update.
Your workaround worked perfectly in my case.
To give a little more details :
I used Garmin Connect web page in Safari on my iPhone, I choosed « send to » and selected the Epix on my course page then you can choose « open in Garmin Connect » and it’s automatically synchronized to the Epix.
I just hope I will have the turn-by-turn info during my ride with this workaround.

I have the same problem since the last app version update.
At the moment I can sync courses only by using the internet version of Garmin connect.
Garmin-Laurie just to let you know : after doing a hard reset this morning, I was able to send course to my Epix Pro without issue.
I didn’t update the app on my phone.
So I don’t know if the hard reset solve the issue or if it was an update on Garmin server this weekend but anyway this morning after hard reset it was ok with 2 different courses.

After reading your message OliGerrard, I tried sending a course from my Epix Pro and it worked. I did not hard reset my watch and the versions remain the same:
Epix Pro 18.16
Garmin Connect Mobile (iPhone): 5.6.0.22
It also works with epix pro 18.16 and android 14 (and didn't work last week)
