This problem has now re-emerged for me too with 18.16. It first appeared in 18.12 (I was on the beta program) and Garmin did fix it in early September (I can't remember the exact date).

I have this problem now too. Version is now 18.6. The only thing I havent tried yet is the factory re-set, from the list of turn off/on reset blutooth and re-pai etc. It says it syncing. Does anybody know how to solve this problem. It was working fine, but I've only had the watch for a week, so was driving me nuts. Downlaod works when I plug it into the laptop, but I'm not carrying a laptop around to down load gpx files. Any ideas to resolve??
Do you mean version 18.16? Is it possible you've reached the 100-course limit? Probably not likely if you've had the watch for a week if it came directly from Garmin.

In my case, no. I deleted all previous courses in case there was a problem caused by one of them. Problem still persists. I can send courses from the web interface without issues
Sending from the web, meaning using Garmin Express? If so, sounds like an issue specific to the Garmin Connect Mobile app. I'm on GC Mobile android version 5.5. No issues related to courses.
If you could export one of the problematic courses, then zip and attach it here, we could see if the issue can be replicated.

I have had this issue for serval months. I resolved it once in that time and now I can't even use the laptop to send my files. I think I need to do a factory reset.

My Epix Pro Gen 2 updated automatically to 18.16 a day or two ago. Today I tried sending a course from Garmin Connect Mobile to the watch and got the Oops! error message. The same course sends ok to my Edge 530.
Since 18.16 is now Live (not Beta), I'm not sure where to report it. If this is not the right place, can anyone point me in the right direction?
