Dear Garmin, I absolutely love my Epix 2 pro so many thanks for making this possible. I do however think Garmin should give us an update about the ECG coming to Europe. With Europe many parts of the world are waiting, let us know something.

It's easy to always blame the EU. The fact is, however, other manufacturers have been much quicker with the implementation and more open with communication. Garmin isn't doing well here.
Ok, that might be; as I have stated I don't know the exact time frames. Anyway, garmin doesn't advertise the ecg function in Europe or do they?
So in that case one could have known that before…
The Venu 2 Plus got ECG in January 2023. I would put money on it that Garmin haven't even tried to get it approved in Europe. I am certainly not holding my breath for my Fenix 7 Plus to get it.
