Some background appearing in all watch pages (like a transparency background)

I'm having this issue with my Epix, all the pages appear to have a "background" in parts of the images that have some transparency.

In the map the issue is more evident (see below). I already tried theses actions:

Reset the watch from factory
Soft restart
Update all maps with garmin express

However, the issue keeps on.

It has remained extremely rare for an AMOLED display to have an issue. I am happy to hear you were able to exchange your watch.

This looks like a burn-in effect. I would contact support.

It does look like burn-in, but if this kind of burn-in after two months of use was common, we would have seen a million posts about it.

This looks like a defective display to me.

If it's a burn-in effect is sad. The watch has only two months of use and I always used it with the "always on display set to off".

Just curious if that is a watch face coming through, or what that is. If it's a watch face, do you stay with that one most of the time? What type of AOD settings do you use?

It’s appears to be some data infos from strength exercise, but it has a lot of text that constantly change. Yes, this data are used only when I’m exercising. It’s pretty strange because its not appear to be the watch face.

In that case, I'm not convinced it is screen burn-in. In any case, something is wrong, so you should contact Garmin directly - Garmin Customer Support

I tried again the reset procedure and I did not restore the backup configurations from Garmin connect, so the watch is 100% from factory settings. Even so it did not work and the issue was not solved

Please correct me if I am wrong here: But this cannot be a burn-in effect, because then the areas in question would have to be visible as dark shadows because the OLED layer can then shine less brightly there.

Here, however, you can see brighter characters and elements, and that simply doesn't make sense with an OLED.

In any case, it is a defect.

Yeah, in the dark areas the issue it's not visible, it's only visible in the white or not "dark colors". I did some tests with faces having white parts, as you can see below the issue appears in these areas. In the image bellow the data "white" areas are note 100% white, there are some ghost images.

Hello, I have the same problem. I have reset the watch and it has not been solved. Visually it appears the same as you, but when I take screenshots of the watch it looks perfect, so it is a screen problem and not a software problem. I am going to write to Garmin. Have they given you any solution? Thanks
