Recently, I have bought epix pro 47mm, my first garmin watch. I have uploaded a couple of my gpx tracks downloaded from strava to garmin connect. I encountered two issues:
1. The old recordings are shown among my runs in the calendar on my garmin connect app on my ios mobile BUT the times are not included among the personal records nor in the watch.
2. If I try to manually change my personal records on garmin connect on the web, they do not get saved. I tried to connect my watch and trying "send to device" button but I assume it sends only the choice of the personal records "lengths" but not the times themselves. The personal record times get deleted immediately from the web once I refresh the page.
Anyone else encountered this issue with garmin connect web?
