Trouble with the refurbished Epix Gen2 watch

The original Epix (without Gen 2) is not round. it's square. Where did you get the refurb? From Garmin?

From Garmin, it is Epix Gen 2.

When I try to add Epix Gen2 in Garmin Express app ....

I don't understand why resetting the watch settings also deletes all language files?

Hmm. Very odd. On our end, I can see your newly replaced Epix 2 and your software shows up to date at v14.36. I can also see that we rebuilt/recertified it so you are good to go on that angle too. The language files should not have deleted when you used Garmin Express full reset the watch to defaults.

I have just acquired the Polish language file off my watch and have sent it to you through a Private Message. Once you add the file to your watch, your language issue will resolve.

If you continue to have a Garmin Express issue, I will continue to work with you.

I have installed version 14.36 and now I will do a factory reset ( data and settings ) and see if the language files are deleted again.

Your watch is on v14.36. I will see if your issue replicates on my own Epix 2 watch.

yes, I  have done full reset: data and settings ---> all language files wiped, txt folder empty
