today I activated my newly bought Epix Gen2 and I wanted to install the komoot app over Connect IQ, but it tells me, that I have to update the watch software over Garmin Express. The watch was recognized within Garmin Express, it told me, that there are updates, I clicked install and after over one hour of updating the watch was online again.
But the komoot app is still not installable, because there is still the message, that I have to update my watch (I have already restarted watch, restarted Connect IQ, synchronized again, etc.). Within the info screen on the watch it tells me, that the watch has version 13.22* and the host has version 11.30. How can I solve this problem? What is the current software version for the Epix Gen2, which should be displayed in the info and the host?
