I cannot save any location on my watch. I followed instructions by selecting a point on the map and then press start button and select the option to save the location and give it a name. But when I then use the Navigate app and go to Saved Locations, I get the message ‘No saved locations’.

The issue remains escalated to engineering and they continue to try to find the cause to fix it.
Workaround:
If you cannot save a new location to your watch, please reset it…
FYI Even without the new backup and restore (something I haven't tried) you can "copy" a lot of activity settings if that helps.
