Epix 2 won't connect BT or WIFI after 13.22 update

Hello,

All was great with my EPIX 2 until I was yesterday prompted to update the software version to version 13.22

after the update, the watch and phone immediately lost connection, and the watch is not able to re-connect to the BT or see WIFI networks

Is there a quick fix? revert to older SW version?

Help appreceated

  • I am now on my second RMA.  Every 3rd time I need to sync activities I must remove and re-add the device on Bluetooth.  WiFi sync won't connect where it did previously on any network and support just says ship it back and replace it.   Feels like software to me not hardware however I am no expert.

  • I am now on my second RMA.  Bluetooth just flakes out every few activity syncs.   Easy way to fix is remove and re-add the device to the connect app.   WiFi sync also fails now where it worked before.   Feels like software all this and my older fenix 5 never had an issue so this is not great.   Have not worked out a fix for the WiFi yet.   Will probably post a 3rd RMA shortly so will keep you updated.  Please let us know if anyone gets an update or firmware patch.
