have you updated to the latest version of software - it seems like it was a software issue that was fixed a year ago.
Would ensure latest software for watch, connect and golf app.
Still not working despite all being up to date! Think i'll need to get in touch with a garmin technician directly.
if on android - have you locked the golf app into the background? Have you set the connect app and the golf app so that they have access to all permissions?
