my drain is monitored since Beta 9.33 and I have written about it in the Beta forums:

My drain is 0.7% by hour on Gesture. If I switch to AOD, well it the same battery expectation.... So there is an issue ! And I'm not using Strava.
Looking on the Fenix 7 forums for the same issue (Epix 2 being a Fenix 7 with a different display) I have found that Garmin-Chris has given them that advice (knowing he has not given it on Epix 2 forum ! )...

"If you are not using Strava segments and continue to experience fast battery drain immediately after updating to the Q3 2022 v9.33 software update, for any abnormal behavior immediately after a new software release, please try the following:
1) Power your watch off then on again.
2) Hard reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off.
Fully charge your watch and test in between each step done since any one of them will often resolve the behavior."
But a Factory Reset means a lot to put back (after the reset) into the Epix: maps, payment card, all personal setting and widgets....As far as I am concern, It means a lot of time invested to twick the Epix to my own need to be reset.
Well, even if I save some setting on my PC before the reset... it will be a PITA !!
So, who has done it ?
For what results on their 9.33 battery drain ?
