Custom Watch Faces Showing Error

Hi There - I am very frustrated. Whenever I restart my watch, my custom (downloaded) watch faces shows. Within a short period of time it disappears and when going to "Watch Faces" on the watch, I only se "IQ!" (the letters IQ with a small triangle and an exclamation mark in it). I can again restart the watch, watch faces comes back but soon - my watch active face disappears and default watch face shows. Anyone else experiencing this?

Well first of all, that's a question for the developer of your watch face. Use the contact developer function in the ciq store. The IQ! Logo means the watch face crashed.

Secondly, if you don't even specify what watch face you're talking about, nobody will be able to help at all.

Well it happens on all my custom watch faces ( I have about 4 downloaded) at the same time! The built in watch faces are fine. The assumption I am making thus is that this means it is not a developer issue - but a watch issue. Hence me asking if anyone experienced this as well.

Hi, ok I see.. That is strange indeed! Can you name the faces you have installed? Are they using system5 data? When that happens what do you widgets like heart rate and stress and so on display?

Hi, I have exactly same issue. I thought that 3rd party is broken (I have only two - Data Lover and Glance Watch Face) but today, I created a custom watchface using FaceIt, just added picture, and same error - IQ! in the Epix2.. The FaceIt watchface didnt even show up, it was error right after sync.

From few days I have the same issue :/

When downloaded watchface are crashed watch change it to oryginal one (this green one)

Without restarting watch i can't choose again downloaded watch face

What firmware version are you on? I'll have a look at my watchface if I got sent any crash logs that indicate something weird...

I am on Epix Gen 2 Firmware version 7.35. And yes my issues started a few days ago (Coros Apex Like Plus, Coros Vertix2 Meteo, Glance Watch Face, Simple Lean). I downloaded another one yesterday (Big Hours) - and so far for last 24 hours it has remained. Holding thumbs!

I had the same issue when on firmware version 7.35. When I uploaded beta version 8.18, the issue persisted for a moment until I did a restart on the watch. Now, the third party watch faces and the new Epix ones show up with no problem.

Same issue here. FW 7.35. Multiple watchfaces from different vendors.
