Multi-band bugs on Epix (after losing the fix) ?

I've been pretty impressed buy the GPS accuracy of the Epix, even without multi-band, as good or better than the Forerunner 55, but I had some bugs today in multi-band mode, both after going under a short bridge and probably losing the fix.

The first time pace picked up abnormally, from 5/km to 4'30/km as seen below

and the track when completely off course (the second one is on the way back)

Has anyone else noticed these ?

Yes, i also noticed such things in all system / Multiband mode:

O - what a pitty, These seem to be the best maps. I'm thinking about installing them for a couple of weeks. Too bad! But thanks for creating them anyways! Best regards, Uli

Thank you for your words, in fact some emails reached me expressing understanding for my decision, is was also a lot of frustration felt. I was also told that my recommendation to look for something else is not so easy.

There was also an email in which someone said (translated):

"Accordingly, it is currently tearing me apart because I am thinking about buying a - "super expensive" - Fenix 7. Main reason: offline maps, which I always wanted....

I have not yet decided, the many negative reports (especially the display readability) in the Garmin forums advise caution. Their website, however, I had already bookmarked to come after a purchase to great maps - but I can probably do me off."

Anyway, I have deleted all data except for the build environment.

Until at least the roughest bugs have been fixed here, I will not generate any new maps.

It may be better to look at a Coros to see if they have potential.

I had a Vertix2 for roughly 4 months. I didn't like it. Much more defects/issues for me with this watch and basically no reaction from Coros at all. But their German distributor is very good...

After a track session today it's not a bug that I encountered but a problem with the Epix 2 in multiband recording 840/850 laps instead of 800 meters (2x400 for my session) when the lowly Venu 2 I just got to (probably) replace the Epix 2 and still have the great screen was very close at 805 meters on average. Looking at the tracks I can't see anything obviously wrong but wow, how disappointing...
