Notifications - customise

Hi,

New to Garmin watches, and obviously have the Epix 2.

Is there any way to select what notifications from my phone, actually appear on the watch.?

Eg. I want WhatsApp, text etc. But I don't want Twitter, Facebook, email.

Can't see anywhere to select or deselect these.

If it's an android phone, open Garmin Connect Mobile. Then Menu >> Settings >> Notifications >> App Notifications >> toggle on/off the apps you want or don't want.

Sorry, it is Android.
