Epix on smaller wrist

Hey everyone - does anyone with an Epix Gen 2 have smaller wrists?

My wrists are 16.5cm and I was planning to get a 7S but am considering the Epix 2 instead as I don't really want solar but did want saphire glass.

Garmin 7 series aren't out in stores where I live yet so I was hoping anyone with a wrist around my size might be able to post a picture for reference.

Thanks in advance!

I have a smaller wrist too with around 15.5cm/6inch, and hate bigger than 42mm watches actually. Atm I own the Venu 2s for it size and screen and my main watch Fenix 6s Pro. But I love the Venu 2s screen so much. I actually wanted a F7s, coming from Fenix 6s Pro and Venu 2s. But as much as I love the touchscreen with buttons combined, the screen reflections combined with MIP display is really bad this time. So I ordered an Epix 2 which I received today. But the size is really big. I had a white Fenix 6 Pro before which looked a little less masculine because of color but I sold it in the end. It was just too big. I wonder if I will keep the Epix 2...

What I love about the Epix 2 is the bigger screen. You see it everywhere. My eyes aren't the best anymore and Venu 2s screen f.e. is almost unreadable with this tiny fonts. Fenix 6s Pro with MIP also. Still, I wish they would have made an Epix 2s too. Fenix 7s with Amoled. Really disappointed about that. I really wonder if the big size of the watch on my wrist looks too masculine. Do I want a more feminine watch or a nice display? I have to decide...

I LOVE this combo and would have bought it right away. 100€ more for sapphire and 32GB and Multi frequency is a good price. But I am afraid of turn in and this is why I need to buy my AMOLED Garmin from amazon. They have amazing warranty here, excepting returns and sending new ones which no other online shop does here. I don't want to have problems with sending it in etc. if burn in occurs. And amazon doesn't offer sapphire Garmin's here. :-(((

I wonder what the chances are of a new 955 or 255 with AMOLED... Of course hoping that 955 would be max 45mm. At least the 955 should be released soon and coming in white from rumors. But I guess as a runners watch it will still have MIP. Even though DCRainmaker stated that Garmin sees AMOLED as it's feature display technology. That still could be years away.

After a day of all day usage at work, no sport today, I really find the watch big. The display as written before is amazing and I would so love to keep it but I really hate they haven't brought out an Epix 2s. Really Garmin, not nice. There are enough smaller AMOLED display sizes available for a smaller Epix. This would be my dream watch actually. Watch works perfectly well. I haven't thought I would love AMOLED on a "Fenix" that much but I do. But it is soooo big. Now it is winter and looks ok but during summer I don't want a watch that big on my arm. I mean somehow a watch is always also a fashion statement and I don't like big watches ... I am so torn even after the first day which is why I guess I will return it. But who knows for sure... Still hoping for a smaller 955 with Amoled release the coming weeks, which rumors hint too. Not as nice and luxury as a Fenix series watch, but maybe smaller.

  • I removed 5 links in the titantum bracelet for a perfect fit.  Of course, being clumsy I wear anything valuable inside my wrist :)

  • I too ordered the white, if you have it matched up with other bands, would love to see what looks good with the white saphire.

  • what’s your wrist size? Mine is 15cm but this doesn’t look bad honestly

I do have 15cm too but the watch looks huge in this picture. I guess he or she has less than 15cm/6inch because mine looks smaller on my wrist than shown in this picture. Maybe 13-14cm. And I really find it huge. Imo for men ok but for women such a huge watch? You should really like those big watches. I don't and I find it masculine but I love the watch really. So torn...

PS: I use the 22mm Nick Mankey strap with it, even though it was a pain in the a... to get it on. And this strap makes it look a bit less large, still huge on my wrist imo.

PLEASE GARMIN: BRING A SPORT WATCH WITH AMOLED 1.3 AND SMALLER CASE (at most 45mm). Or at least a 42mm version of an Epix 2 or FR with 1.2 AMOLED display.

Sounds like your real complaint is with your wrists, not the watch sizes.
