After an activity all Body Battery and Stress Values recorded before that activity are no longer displayed on the watch's diagrams. But although they are no longer displayed, the values got not lost. They are correctly synced to connect.

Garmin engineers are aware of a software concern that may cause Body Battery/Stress data to disappear after an activity. If you are experiencing this, your device does not need to be replaced. This will be resolved with a software update. I will post, once there are further details.
Are you serious? Do your engineers really need months to figure this out?
