Garmin Instinct won't turn on

You can try also this. Not sure whether it helps, but trying it won't harm anything:

1. Watch not connected to the charger.
2. Press the following button combination for 15sec: Power (light), Down (ABC) and GPS (start/stop).
3. Plug into the charger and hope it comes to live again.

If you can access the watch folders through the USB cable, check also the activities folder, if it is not overfilled with files. The reason of the frozen state could be perhaps due to full storage. You can delete older activites to free up some space.

Thanks for the answer. Last night i did all the steps you are describing and this morning was alive, but every time i turn off the problem is repeated and need at least 2 hours to respond. I'm going to try connecting to the computer and remove activities.

My garmin watch is not coming on

1. Did you solve this problem? I just got back from a walk with a nearly full charge on my Instinct Solar. Now the screen is off. It’s unresponsive to the power button. And plugging it in with the power cable does nothing. 

I am facing the same problem with my Garmin Instict Solar 2.. it freezes on the garmin logo and stays there forever.. tried powering it off and on for a number of times already.. problem persists.. How do I determine if this is a firmware issue or a hardware issue?.. 0.o

Were you able to resolve this? I just did 30 mins on an elliptical and when I *** save it just switched off and is completely unresponsive.

I am sorry there is an issue. You might be able to get your watch to respond again.
