Mapshare shows routes on PC/Mac but NOT mobile

Mapshare will not display routes on mobile devices. You can look at mine as an example:

http://share.garmin.com/robertcarpentershook

Routes (red) show up on computers but not on android or iphone devices.

This appears to be a bug in the mobile version of the web site. The only way I know of to correct it is to switch to the desktop version of the site on the mobile device.

Has this seriously not been fixed in 4 years!!!

I just bought a device and noticed routes did not appear on the mobile version. Found this thread.

Click on the (+) or (-) icon next to user icon on map to toggle visibility.

This might be the problem. This feature is not specific to the mobile version. I applies to the full version as well (AFAIK).

I have raised a support ticket. There are many threads on this topic.

The +/- is incorrect. This may work for tracks, not routes

It is a problem ONLY with the mobile version. The desktop version is correct. Pressing the information symbol and selected "desktop version" while using a mobile works, but the interface is terrible, and is not intuitive.

I find this shocking that the basic purpose of this device is to allow people to track you on a route for safety. Most people who need to do this are using mobile devices on the move.

By 'routes' do you mean routes the iR user has created in explore?

Is MapShare intended to display these? I thought MapShare was only for sharing your current position and tracklog....
