CT1 problems

My CT1 tags have issues. I had no problems with the CT10 tags. But the CT1's are a different story.

I have had no problems with my S70 watch until it touched a CT1 tag. 

Now the watch freezes mid round, the screen jumps around, the yardages are club selections are no longer accurate and the watch jumps between apps. I was teeing off the other day and the find my phone feature activated mid swing. 

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the CT1's?

  • I bought my CT1 tags about 2 weeks ago to use with my S70.  I've noticed my watch will "freeze" during a round and I can't use the golf app on the watch.  After a couple of holes it will resume functioning again, but in a degraded state.  Its pretty annoying.  I was playing a round the other day and my watch rebooted out of the blue, it was the first time it ever happened.  When it was done rebooting, it asked to resume my round.  Maybe a software update will fix the problem?  I'm going to give it a couple more weeks.  The place I bought the tags from have a great return policy and plan to return them if it keeps acting up.

  • Yes, used the ct1 tags for the first time today with my s70. My watch froze midway and a blue triangle appeared.  After a few seconds asked if I wanted to continue and worked fine for the rest of the game. However, when I synced back to my phone, the first 7 holes were missing.

    I have the same problem! since I use the CT 1 tags my S 70 freezes during the round! I can only restart the watch, but if I go into the Golf app the S70 freezes. I guess we have to hope for a software update!
