Broken again! Red ! So the fix works for one round then back to red !. This is unacceptable Garmin
Played today and virtual caddy did not work. System says it’s V22.07
I’ve tried this and it still doesn’t work, is there another method?
My caddy is now working but after the update it took 5 more rounds to do so and all is now ok at last
I renamed my putter to "missed again" and that fix worked.
Hi there, mine continues to be a problem. Please can you assist me, I am leaving for a golf tour soon and would like this resolved.
I can only try to describe better the fix that seems to work to most of us (on a Android phone):
1 - On GARMIN GOLF App
- open Garmin Golf on your phone and go to "Profile"/"My Bag"
- tap the 3 dots near the driver and choose "rename"
- Rename the club (eg: "Driver test") and save
2- On GARMIN CONNECT App
- open Garnmin Connect on your phone and tap the "synch" symbol (the two arrows in circle)
3 - On you WATCH
- on your watch, press the middle button and choose "settings"/"Golf settings"/"club Tracking"/"Approach CT1"/"Manage Tags"/tap the 3 dots below "Scan a tag to view its assigned clubs"
- You should see "Driver Test" [or whatever the name you choose to relabel your Driver] and this means that you have properly resynch your bag.
- simply use the back button to exit.
Note that you do not need to use CT1 - I use this process only to check that the bag has been properly resynch.
