How to keep CT10 securely attached to clubs?

After one year of using CT10 sensors all works good except for one important thing, sometimes sensor fly off my club during swing. So far I have not lost any sensors but few of times I was very lucky to notice that sensor was missing after swing and finding it few yards in front of me. I have tried many ways to make sensors stay on top of my clubs mainly by applying electric tape or self amalgamated tape but this solution goes bad very quickly because tape gets damaged when pulling out and putting in clubs in my bag.

I wonder if any of you experienced similar problem and and found good solution to it.

I lost three on brand new clubs until I did as suggested above but with medical adhesive tape. Some clubs are just prone. I think it's partially due to the location in the bag as well from pulling clubs out. Lost 2 from my 5 iron on the outside of my bag, 6 iron is fine but interior.

For the money, Garmin should provide some tape. But we keep buying more so no incentive to properly resolve.

Thank you for sharing the cork idea. It inspired me and in the end I found some Rubber Tapered Plugs which come with a hole on Amazon. the taper being 20mm down to 16mm. I forced them into the cavity left from removing the Arccos sensors, once bottomed down I trimmed off the protruding bung down to the surface of the golf club grip with a sharp blade. This left a perfect flat solid surface and the screwed right in nice and tight. Perfect

Wow! Thanks for sharing this! So glad I found your post! I didn't know they had these covers for the CT10s. I found the aerie sensor covers on amazon and they were super easy to put on and very secure. The best method by far! I would say these are a MUST for anyone with the CT10s. Wish I knew about these sooner, these look like they would have prevented my sensors from looking like they were dragged on the floor for a couple of miles.

So I’ve got a new question. I had some weights installed into the butt of my new shafts but now can’t install the sensors. Any ideas how to secure them to the grips if I’m not able to screw them into the breathe hole it self?

You can read through that thread for more ideas.

This photo was uploaded by pdmcgarey, I would think these aerie sensor covers would work if you remove the screw part like the image below and used glue or double sided tape to stick the sensors on to your grips.

If you have the ct10s just sitting around, you could try buying these covers and testing it on one of your sensors first and see if it works and return them if they don't. Let us know how it goes! Good luck!

Grr! I lost both sensors from my wedges during my first round using the set. I purchased the 3 pack starter set and 1 1/2 heatshrink tubing https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08SQKNQ7F?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1. These little buggers are now incredibly secured to my clubs. Hint: Don't totally cover the battery cover so you can replace when the time comes and only about an inch of tubing is required. Also, the heatshrink tubing has strong adhesive which activates to goop but when the tubing shrinks and cools, these guys are not going anywhere.
