Once you reset the s60 did you ever get the missing shots from before or, just for the rounds you have played since? Even my steps aren't syncing with the garmin app

I have the same problem as of September 19, 2019 on my Garmin S60. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?
This should not be happening on a high end watch like the S60
Add me to the list., I have been using the 7.10 software for a while with no issues. for the last 2 nights it stopped recording sleep data. I played golf on Thursday with no problems. I played golf today and I don't get any shot data. It seemed to be working while I played but the data did not transfer to Garmin Connect.
I have almost the exact same issue, seems to be not recording sleep data for the last week. I played golf on Thursday and it recorded the round fine then I played Saturday and it is not showing up in garmin golf. I can see the stats on the my phone though so I know it was recorded, just doesn't seem to be syncing to garmin golf/connect
In the meantime I'm also on Version 7.10. What worked for me is (as rafalt1 wrote) resetting the S60 to factory defaults. After that the scorecard issues are gone and syncing works again.
This morning I synced with my computer instead of with my iPhone and the sleep data was captured correctly. Tomorrow I will do the same after golf and sync with my computer first. Maybe the problem is all with the phone app.
So you reset the S60 to factory defaults erasing all activity data on the S60 and that seemed to fix the scorecard issues?
Yes, because I had no other choice. I am using the watch exclusively for playing golf and the hole-by-hole statistic is one of the main features for me. After resetting the S60 and restoring my settings everything worked like it shoud.
I should mention that for syncing I am using mainly my android phone, not my computer.
Syncing with a PC first instead of with a smart phone works. I also got an email from customer support informing me that they know of the problem with the connect app and are working on a fix. I just receive an update for gaming connect on my iPhone. Tomorrow morning I will sync fist with my iPhone and if the sleep data transfers correctly then I will test the golf data.
